Not everyone wants to give up 30% of their rental income to a property manager. You can manage your Airbnb listing, keep your reviews, and not get bogged down with the day-to-day issues. That’s why our basic virtual monthly package is $499 or 10% whichever is higher. Your first month is only $99 just to try us out!

Our basic package handles guest interaction over Airbnb app, bookings, guest ID verification, dynamic pricing, automated cleaner scheduling and listing optimization. We also provide general consulting on any STR questions you have including setting up your LLC, how to track income/expenses and how to maximize ROI in an ever-increasing competitive market. MAINTENANCE: WHAT DO WE CHARGE?

Finding help on demand is hard! Whether it’s guest emergencies, fixing guest damage or just general maintenance we got you covered! We charge $75/hr plus materials. $75 is the min fee for up to one hour. Over 200 Short term rentals trust us to take care of their properties and guests. Even if you prefer to manage on your own you can still use Porter STR Service for your maintenance needs!

There are too many things to list, but in general we handle drain clearing, disposals, troubleshooting, installing fixtures, lock and camera installs, filter changes, tv mounting, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical and much more! We only so STR and we are very good at same day calls if not next day for non-emergencies.
